Hello Ladies and Gentleman,
It's so easy to believe that the emotional turmoil we're dealing with is ours alone. Millions of people suffer in silence every single day.
If there is one goal of this episode, it's to make you understand you're not alone in your suffering.
We tend to believe if we have a problem, it's ours and ours alone. It's not for anyone else to hear or listen to because it's our baggage. It's this kind of mindset that can be catastrophic and lead us into greater despair. I've been there.
In this episode, I condense Kelly Davis long format podcast into 5 minutes. In the long episode, Kelly shared her experiences of growing up with mental illness from the age of grade school, emotions she called "too big to handle for her body."
